Appointments

Appointments can be made by telephone (01744 624810) or in person during surgery reception hours. Please ring at 8.00 for emergency appointments and after 10.00am for routine appointments.
If you need an urgent appointment you will be seen the same day but we cannot guarantee that you will see the doctor of your choice.

Please notify the surgery if you cannot keep an appointment.  You can do this by calling the usual surgery telephone number or sending a text message with your name and appointment date and time to 07907 445 097

Telephone Consultations and Advice

Telephone consultations are available with the doctors and nurses. The Receptionists will give you details and also help with a request for telephone advice.

EXTENDED OPENING HOURS

We are now offering evening surgeries on Tuesdays and Thursdays for routine appointments.

These surgeries are between 6.30 pm and 8.45 pm.

They are for routine appointments ONLY and should be booked in advance. We would prefer that the appointments be used by people who have work commitments or carer issues. These surgeries are in addition to our usual surgeries during normal opening hours.

Our normal reception opening hours are now 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

If you would like an evening appointment please ask at reception.

If you have an emergency problem on either of those nights you should ring the surgery number and you will given a number to ring to speak to the emergency GP out of hours service.
