Investor in People
The doctors are delighted to announce that in February2009, Mill
Street Medical Centre gained and maintained the prestigious
Investors in People Award for a third time. This award is made to
businesses that recognise the importance
of staff training and education and also recognises the work done
behind the scenes to ensure that staff continually improve and
develop, to provide high quality services to our patients.
The practice was visited by the assessor in February. She spent a
day talking and interviewing members of staff, including doctors
nurses, office and administration staff and reception staff.
In her report to the practice, the assessor writes, ?I was satisfied
beyond any doubt that Mill Street Medical Centre continues to meet
the requirements of the Investors in People Standard?. |
